While studying Public Accounting at Fordham University in the Bronx, just a stone's throw from Little Italy, Terry's love of food and the restaurant industry started to develop.  After graduation, he pursued his juris doctorate from Rutgers University in Camden, NJ, where regular trips through Philly's Italian Market and a stint waiting tables furthered his love of the industry.  After passing the Bar, Terry decided to move back to his native New York City and continue his work in public accounting, narrowing his focus on taxation and accounting issues for restaurants. When one of his clients needed someone full time, he made the switch to private accounting to advise on operations and growth.  Then, he determined that the best way to help small to mid-sized restaurant groups in the city was to start a company, Find A Way, LLC.   Comprised of a small team of professionals focusing on accounting, payroll, and human resource issues, they handle all of the back office functions so that chefs and restaurateurs can focus on what they love.
