Summering at the family home in Biaritz and dining in notable Manhattan eateries since childhood, Carlos possesses a lifelong passion for restaurants and hospitality. It was a natural progression for her to pursue a career in our industry.
As an HR director for a restaurant group in NYC over the past six years, Carlos deftly fielded the challenges of the new Hospitality wage orders and ACA compliance, continually improving the work environment while becoming a trusted ally to the entire team.
