A member of Food and Wine’s Best New Chef’s Class for 2004, Bradford Thompson has demonstrated incredible artistry from Café Boulud and DB Bistro Moderne to the haute Cuisine of Mary Elaine’s at the Phoenician in Scottsdale Arizona. His artistry is only exceeded by his versatility, demonstrated in the Culinary Programs he helped establish at the delectable and genuine Jamaican hot spot Miss Lily's, and more recently, the kosher restaurant Jezebel.  A Chefs Chef, with work ethic, palate, and deep organizational skills, BT cooks with the best of them and understands the kitchen needs and processes in a way that inspires.
